We want every Motion Labs client to be satisfied with our work. This policy outlines how refunds and cancellations are handled.

Project Deposits

Projects typically begin with an upfront deposit. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced, as they cover initial planning, strategy, and resource allocation.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel a project, contact us as early as possible. You will be billed for work completed up to the point of cancellation; any remaining balance will be refunded.

Monthly Retainers

For ongoing services (such as social media management or paid ads management), retainers are billed monthly and are non-refundable for the current billing cycle once work has started.

Ad Spend

Ad spend paid directly to platforms like Google or Meta is non-refundable through Motion Labs and is subject to the respective platform's own policies.
